Title: Project EngineerLocation: Everett, WASalary Range: $75-80/Hr on w2Contract: 6+ months, possible extensionIntroductionThis is a high visibility role with technical assignments that directly support the BCA Program's top-level goals, initiatives, and challenges. The selected candidate will provide technical, business, and integration leadership for the Program on technical issues requiring cross-functional and cross-organization leadership. The role offers opportunities to lead and collaborate with people globally, creating and delivering innovative solutions to complex technical problems while maintaining compliance with US and Foreign regulations.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.10 years' experience performing complex engineering or system integration work.7 years' experience in leading and/or managing complex projects.5 years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners.9 years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & Qualifications7 years of experience with Transport, 7-Series and/or McDonnell Douglas Aircraft.5 years of experience with US and/or foreign aircraft certification/regulatory processes.14 years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesSupport BCA models in-service, in-production, and under development, including programs such as 737, 767, 777, 777X, 787, PD, Core, and the next generation of commercial airplanes.Lead special projects and initiatives in areas like safety, certification, and performance as directed by the Program Chief Program Engineer and Director of Engineering.Develop integrated plans, establish and lead teams, and monitor and respond to technical developments throughout the life of a customer introduction program.Company Benefits & CultureOpportunities to lead and collaborate with people from all over the world.Work on complex technical problems while maintaining compliance with US and Foreign regulations.Dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex or send your resume at
