The team values accountability, steady leadership, and a respectful, low-ego culture.Job Description* Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout. * Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and risk controls. * Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field leaders. * Lead procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change management. * Maintain strong communication and documentation standards.
