Service Department Appointment CoordinatorResponsibilities:Determine customer's primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment.Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity.Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products, services and needs of the dealerships.Answer all incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.Document conversations and update customer records after each interaction.Setting service appointments using the company's electronic scheduling systemWork cooperatively with the service and other internal teams.Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.Schedule and confirm appointments for clientsCoordinate with clients and staff to ensure smooth scheduling processMaintain accurate and up-to-date appointment calendarsAnswer phone calls and respond to emails regarding appointment inquiriesProvide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving any scheduling conflictsAssist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documentsQualifications:Technically adeptTechnologically fluentHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracy in maintaining appointment schedulesProficient in using computer systems and softwareAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyPrevious experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferredBiondi Lincoln, located in Monroeville, PA, has an opening for a Service Department Appointment Coordinator.
