Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager, RetailLocation: Cranberry Twp, PA 16066Duration: 06 Months Contract (Potential temp to perm)Pay Rate: $35/hr.Shift Time: 1st shift, M-F (6am-2:30pm)Role OverviewThis role plays a key part in company rebranding initiatives across multiple touchpoints. Responsibilities include coordinating and executing rebranding projects following organizational changes, such as updating product labels, packaging, print materials, and digital assets. Additional marketing support projects may be assigned as needed.This position requires strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all rebranding efforts are completed on schedule.Key Responsibilities:Rebranding Project Management and ExecutionSupport and lead assigned rebranding initiatives from planning through executionManage project timelines, milestones, and status updates to ensure on-time deliveryTrack dependencies and proactively identify risks or delaysIdentify opportunities for process improvementEnsure accuracy and consistency of brand elements across all assetsCreative and Asset CoordinationPartner with graphic design and marketing teams to update brand visuals, packaging, signage, and digital contentAudit databases to identify assets that require updates as part of rebranding effortsDevelop plans and timelines for updating materialsDistribute updated assets to appropriate teams for executionCross-Functional CollaborationWork with design, legal, product, and operations teams to align on requirements and approvalsFacilitate review and feedback processes to keep projects movingCommunicate progress and next steps clearly with stakeholdersProcess and DocumentationAssist with updating tracking tools, databases, and workbooks related to rebrandingMaintain documentation of timelines, decisions, and completed deliverablesIdentify opportunities to improve workflows and processesQualifications and Skills:2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management.Experience managing projects from start to finish.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfortable managing timelines and coordinating across teams.Ability to accept and apply feedback constructively.Experience with project management tools is a plus.
