Senior Non-QM Loan Processor — RemoteDefy Mortgage is hiring a Senior Non-QM Loan Processor.This role is for someone who's run Non-QM files before — not conventional processing transplanted into a Non-QM seat. You know the difference between DSCR cash flow calculation and conventional DTI underwriting. You've handled bank statement, investor cash flow, P&L loans, etc.What you'd own:File from submission to CTCDirect borrower and broker communication on conditions and closing timelinesCoordination with underwriting, title, appraisal, and wholesale partnersPipeline management across retail and TPO channels21-30 day closing timelines as the standardWhat we're looking for:5+ years mortgage processing experience, with at least 2 years in Non-QMDirect hands-on with DSCR and bank statement loan productsStrong working knowledge of Meridian Link and LendingPadExperience with multiple Non-QM wholesale lenders preferredAbility to manage 25-40 files in pipeline without quality dropsInvestor-property and entity-vested loan experience (LLC and foreign national a plus)About Defy:Nashville-based direct Non-QM lender specializing in DSCR, bank statement, self-employed borrowers, and foreign national investors.
