Marks & Harrison is seeking an *Associate Attorney* to join the team in our *Richmond VA *office primarily to support our *Workers' Compensation *practice, and secondarily to assist on Personal Injury cases being litigated in General District Court. *An ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:* * A license to practice law in Virginia * 0-3 years experience in Workers' Compensation * Proficient command of English, with excellent written and oral communication skills * Comfort learning and using case management software * The desire to connect with clients * The ability to work as a member of a team The position provides a comprehensive incentive program in addition to salary and excellent benefits.
