As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will partner with cross-functional teams and own the success of branded products across top digital platforms, shaping the future of online sales and customer experience within the industry.Responsibilities:Manage seller and vendor accounts on HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, and Amazon, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies and procedures.Execute product onboarding, setup, and new item launches following retailer-specific workflows.Create, update, and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and conversion, leveraging platform content standards and SEO best practices.Monitor account health, compliance alerts, chargebacks, refunds, and operational performance across marketplaces.Coordinate inventory availability, forecasting, and replenishment to maintain seamless order flow.Oversee fulfillment operations, including drop-ship, FBM, and warehouse-based models, ensuring timely shipping and accurate order processing.Prepare regular performance reports capturing key KPIs, trends, and actionable insights for internal teams.Collaborate with sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure integrated digital operations and administrative support.Must-Have Skills:3+ years of hands-on e-commerce or digital marketplace management experience.Direct B2B experience managing major retail marketplaces such as HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, and/or Amazon.Proficient in product setup, launch, and ongoing management of listings on retailer sites.Strong Excel and Google Sheets capabilities for data analysis, reporting, and inventory reconciliation.Experience coordinating fulfillment processes for e-commerce and drop-ship operations.Knowledge of ERP and order management systems.Familiarity with digital content portals and compliance tools used by large retailers.Nice-to-Have Skills:Background in wholesale, B2B, and B2C e-commerce operations within the furniture or home improvement sector.Experience with SEO and digital merchandising strategies for online retail.Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities.Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities to work with marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service teams.Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
