ITSC/PCLD Technician
Our client is looking for an ITSC/PCLD Technician for a 2-month contract in Rio Rancho, NM 87124.Our client is a multibillion-dollar company that provides end-to-end managed services, technology, and consulting to enable the digital workplace for small to enterprise businesses. Excellent customer service skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel and Word primarily), Windows 10. Able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo. May be required to walk/sit/stand/crawl/kneel for extended periods. Technical certifications are preferred. What You Will Be Doing Daily ResponsibilitiesInstalling and configuring OS on client laptops. Migrating client data to new laptop. Advanced break/fix support of software/hardware issues for clients. Managing and updating tickets via the client's ticketing database. Processing assets returned from clients leaving the company Ensuring all client inventory assets are stored and distributed in a clean and professional manner. Preparing old equipment for re-dispositioning and e-waste handling Managing inventory counts and updating the peripheral tool daily. Load balancing equipment to different Client and non-Client sites. Loading/unloading assets into lockers. Updating and closing tasks in ServiceNow. Cleaning and testing used systems for redeployment. Ensuring all client inventory assets are stored and distributed in a clean and professional manner. Sending emails to clients for asset collection. Picking up surplus equipment from users. Frequent interaction with clients in person and via phone, email, and IM. Update the client ticketing system and database. Assist with asset inventory audits.
