Sunny Days is a nationwide agency and has programs throughout the state of California. Our programs are multidisciplinary, providing occupational, physical, and speech therapy, as well as child development services.We are looking to grow our team of Physical Therapists in your area!Benefits:Sign on bonus (up to $1000)Create your own scheduleFlexible schedules & locations of your choiceProfessional support & developmentPaid admin time (travel time/reports/scheduling)Paid mileage between sessionsEligible for direct depositEligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsEligible for Sick TimeMay be eligible to participate in Sunny Days 401(k) planSupportive and positive team environmentOpportunities to serve infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families in both their home and community-based settingsJob Responsibilities:Conduct developmental assessments, provide physical therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon)Follow each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and work with the family to develop strategies to help each child reach their specific developmental goalsUtilize the family-centered parent coaching approach to build caregivers' confidence and skills and to ensure that progress is generalizedProvide services in the child's natural environment, in families' homes, daycare centers and/or other community settings.Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (typically bi-annual)Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)Requirements:California Physical Therapy (DPT) licensePediatric experience required (Early Intervention experience preferred)Home-based service delivery experience preferredStrong clinical & interpersonal skillsExcellent written & oral communication skillsBilingual in Spanish a plus!Sunny Days is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
