As General Manager you'll help inspire that by enabling our teams to creating raving fans and push the limits of service and performance excellence.Choolaah GM (CGM) is passionate about quality food, team building and development, and having the opportunity to run a world class business. CGM has total responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single Choolaah restaurant, ensuring every guest is delighted every time, creating raving fans. Our CGMs build, inspire and develop their restaurant management teams and oversee the financial controls, operations, people development, and customer delight within the restaurant across all shifts. They are required to have Fanatical Work Ethic, Continuous Improvement mindset, Outstanding leadership skills, Visionary wisdom, Character above reproach, Unwavering Resolve, Resilience and Resourcefulness.Responsibilities of General Manager include (and not limited to):NCOO: Maintain 100% Neat Clean Organized and Operational facility to company standardsMastery & KBDsMastery of ALL work & management processes (100% standard, 100% of the time, 100% volume)Hold Team accountable for delivering 100% of standard, 100% of the time, at 100% volumeTeach and coach operational excellence dailyDrive 4-wall sales growth by delivering key business drivers of Quality, Accuracy, Hospitality, Speed of Service, Cleanliness, People and ValueTeamTopgrade and develop a high performance team of up to 30-40 team membersBe a servant leader, mentor and coachInspire the team to uphold brand standards and exceed guest expectationsGuestsDelight every guest every time creating raving fansBe an ambassador for Choolaah's Vision, Mission and ValuesInteract with guests one-on-one to create joyful experiencesFinanceAchieve financial and operational targetsDrive additional sales growthPartnersTreat partners with respect and provide constructive feedbackCommunityProvide leadership for safety and social responsibility initiativesCommitmentOpen availability required including weekendsMinimum of 50 hours per weekWhat's in it for you?Total Compensation potential over $80,000!Work-Life balance.
