The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining end-user computing devices while ensuring minimal downtime and efficient user support.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain PC hardware and peripherals (monitors, keyboards, printers, scanners, disk drives).Load, configure, and verify software including operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.Perform workstation setup including network connectivity and system configuration.Manage user profiles and perform data/application migration between systems.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and OS-related issues.Perform minor repairs or escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.Provide onsite technical support to end users.Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and system configurations.Required QualificationsExperience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Desktop OS and Microsoft 365 services.Hands-on experience with Active Directory and SCCM.Experience with endpoint security tools such as Trellix ENS.Knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting.Experience with printer configuration (LPR printing).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in enterprise environments.Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.).
