Alternative Delivery Pursuit Manager

S&B USA is committed to innovation, sustainability, and community engagement, with a portfolio featuring mega projects like the Fargo-Moorhead Stormwater Diversion Channel in North Dakota and the PennDOT Major Bridge P3 Program across Pennsylvania.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the pursuit effort for large-scale infrastructure projects, coordinating pre-construction, design, and estimating teams.Develop and submit technical and price proposal documents.Manage project contracts with owners, design, and construction partners.Oversee project risks and opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.Collaborate with internal teams, developers, stakeholders, and design consultants to ensure project success.Actively participate in meetings with owners, developers, partners, and subcontractors.Manage project pursuit development, resource planning, and budgeting.Qualifications10+ years of experience in alternative delivery projects with increasing responsibility.Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects ($500M+).Experience with Alternative Delivery methods such as DB, CMGC, Progressive DB, and P3.Strong understanding of design development, construction estimating, and construction methods.Experience with scheduling software (Microsoft Project, P-6).Knowledge of HCSS and civil project field experience.Ability to travel as needed for projects.Strong relationship-building and networking skills.Experience with state DOTs is highly valuable.Other ConditionsThis permanent staff role location to be determined.Competitive Compensation (commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills).Working Conditions, Mental and Physical DemandsTypically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instruction - prepare, provide, and convey diversified information.Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.).
