Our diverse product offering includes data acquisition, email appends, integrated marketing services, production workflows, custom print production, direct mail solutions, fulfillment and complete lettershop, bindery and mailing services.Location: McCook, ILReports to: Mailing Logistics SupervisorSchedule: Sunday - Tuesday and every other Saturday 6pm-6amResponsibilities/Essential Functions:Accurate physical receiving of materials/products in order to maintain the integrity of inventory control and ensures delivery of materials/products to the proper department.Receives product deliveriesOperates a Forklift to move pallets from one location to anotherEnsures purchase order number is on all paperworkRecords and checks the quantity and quality of good receivedInspect, accept, or reject inbound shipmentsCommunicates and coordinates with the appropriate buyer for product returns/repairProperly inputs received material into the computer systemDelivers product to appropriate internal personnelAssists in other departments as neededPerform cycle counts regularlyEstablishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors, and managersMaintains safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulationsMaintains job-related confidentialityUnderstands and adheres to organizational and department policy and proceduresRequirements:Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writingAbility to operate with a sense of teamworkAbility to always conducts himself/herself in a professional mannerForklift experience requiredEnglish is a must to be able to communicate with Account ManagersWarehouse experience is requiredEducation:Highschool Degree/GED is requiredWork Environment/Physical Demands:Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours & walk 3 hoursLift up to 50lbsIntermittent bending up to 3 hours.
