Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Complete large-floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, burnishing, and routine floor care. Ensure every project meets our high standards for cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Be alert and observant, proactive and take initiative to solve problems Represent Pristine Cleaning Team professionally while interacting with clients. Work independently or coordinate small crews on larger projects.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for experienced commercial cleaning professionals who can hit the ground running, but we would also consider the right candidate to train. Compensation $25-$35 per hour Compensation is based on experience, equipment proficiency, and project complexity. Projects are assigned on a recurring basis with established rates and expected hours.
