We’re looking for a seasoned, hands-on professional who can troubleshoot complex systems, support field technicians, and deliver high-quality installations and service for commercial security and surveillance systems.If you thrive in the field, enjoy solving technical problems, and take pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoAs a Level III Technician, you’ll serve as a senior field technician supporting installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service work across a variety of customer environments.Responsibilities Include:Installing and servicing CCTV, access control, intrusion systems, and low-voltage wiringTroubleshooting advanced system and networking issuesConfiguring and testing IP-based surveillance systemsReading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawingsPerforming preventative maintenance and system upgradesSupporting and mentoring Level I and Level II techniciansMaintaining accurate documentation and service recordsEnsuring job sites are safe, organized, and professionalProviding excellent customer service and technical supportWhat We’re Looking ForRequired:5+ years of experience in security systems, CCTV, access control, low-voltage, or related field service workStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with IP-based and network-connected systemsAbility to read blueprints and technical diagramsValid Texas Driver’s License with good driving recordAbility to work independently and support field teamsStrong communication and customer service skillsPreferred:Low-voltage, CCTV, or access control certificationsExperience with commercial or industrial security systemsManufacturer certificationsTWIC cardWhy Join Danner’s?Danner’s Incorporated has been a trusted name in transportation and security for over 85 years.
