Business Development Coordinator
The Business Development Coordinator – Campaign Success Services supports key Executives through client-facing presentations, operational initiatives, resource management, and project coordination. This role plays a critical part in driving business development efforts by ensuring proposals, presentations, and strategic initiatives are executed accurately and efficiently while maintaining alignment across cross-functional teams.In a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, this position requires exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering high-quality results.What You'll DoPartner with the VP of Campaign Success Services to support Business Development initiatives and strategic priorities Develop and coordinate new client pitch presentations, proposals, and implementation outlines Support new pilot operational initiatives and program launches Coordinate client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including presentation development and meeting logistics Facilitate quarterly roundtable reviews with internal Business Development Executives Create, maintain, and track project action item logs to ensure timely completion of key deliverables Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and internal process documentation Lead weekly Business Development calls and manage follow-up actions Coordinate client meetings, document meeting notes, and track action items through completion Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure presentations, proposals, and recommendations are accurate, current, and operationally feasible Support resource management activities to align business needs with available capacity Contribute to additional projects, operational initiatives, and responsibilities as needed to support organizational objectives What You'll BringExceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage internal stakeholders and external clients Experience coordinating projects, presentations, meetings, and action plans in a fast-paced business environment Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent presentation development skills using PowerPoint and/or Canva Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships across teams Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency in delivering results Smart Circle International is a leading broker of outsourced sales and customer acquisition services.
