Community Engagement + Administrative Coordinator (Community Concierge)
THE COMMUNITY CONCIERGECollective Dream Project is seeking short-term contract support for their Steps in the City x Clackamas County five-part community walk series and their July 11 FRĒQNCY FEST closeout experience.This role supports the outreach, RSVP coordination, organization, and backend engagement systems that help the project run smoothly.ROLE DETAILS- Primarily Remote Position- Approx. 50 total hours- June 1 – July 15- Approx. 8–10 hrs/week- Flexible schedule- Weekly check-in meetings to be scheduled- $20–25/hr depending on experience- Estimated contract total: approx. $1,000–$1,250RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitor and organize RSVPs- Track participant signups and attendance- Send reminder and follow-up emails- Support outreach and research tasks- Help organize project files, folders, and notes- Assist with partner coordination and communication- Support backend admin and engagement systems- Assist with event prep and post-event recap organizationIDEAL FOR- organized college students- detail-oriented coordinators- community-minded creatives- moms or professionals looking for flexible side work- people interested in public engagement, culture, nonprofit operations, or community eventsWe’re looking for someone who is:- responsive- reliable- organized- proactive with communication and follow-through- comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environmentTOOLS + EXPERIENCEPreferred experience with:- Microsoft 365- Canva- ClickUp or project management tools- Email communication- Spreadsheets / tracking systems- Community outreach or public-facing communication- Event coordination or admin support- Social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook)Nice to have but NOT required:- ChatGPT or AI tool familiarity- Experience supporting community events- Nonprofit, public health, or civic engagement experienceThis is primarily a remote support role.
