Metal Fabricator

Seeking a full-time Metal Fabricator for a growing employee-owned company in Lancaster County, PA.This first shift role involves fabricating, aligning, and fitting structural metal parts.Responsibilities include measuring, operating welding and cutting equipment, reading blueprints, assembling parts, and smoothing surfaces.Required skills: metal fabrication, machine knowledge, blueprint reading, welding (Mig), and possibly plasma cutting.Ideal candidates demonstrate attention to detail, dependability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.Experience: 2+ years in metal fabrication/welding or equivalent training.The company offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, stock ownership, paid time off, and flexible schedules.Compensation ranges from $25-$30 per hour.
