Continuous Improvement Manager II

As the Continuous Improvement Manager II, you'll be a key member of the plant leadership team responsible for driving operational excellence through the deployment of Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies. This role leads high-impact initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the facility. You'll also partner cross-functionally to execute the plants annual operating plan, delivering measurable results through hands-on leadership, data-driven decision-making, and strong engagement on the production floor.
