Automotive Schematic Engineer

IntroductionWe are seeking an experienced engineer to help our team at a leading company. This role will aid in developing and maintaining both logical and physical schematics for our autonomous robots, ensuring proper documentation of electrical and electronic systems.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.6-8 years of experience creating electrical schematics for automotive applications.Proficient in schematic capture and documentation tools.Strong understanding of automotive electrical and electronic systems and components.Experience with wiring harness design and documentation.Experience working with the Capital Tools suite, specifically Capital Logic.Prior work experience in the client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with autonomous vehicle systems.Familiarity with industry-standard schematic tools and practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain detailed electrical schematics for autonomous vehicle robots.Develop logical system diagrams that clearly communicate system architecture and interactions.Design and document physical schematics for vehicle subsystems, collaborating with harness and systems engineers.Actively participate in design reviews and provide technical input for system improvements.Support manufacturing, robot verification teams, and service documentation needs through clear, accurate schematic designs.For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
