Senior Master Technician - PI

With a minimum of 10 years of professional automotive experience, this technician is expected to mentor junior team members, ensure repair quality meets or exceeds OEM and dealership standards, and help maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role may also include performing final inspections and pre-delivery service on new vehicles to ensure all systems are in optimal working order before delivery to the customer.ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on all vehicle systems with minimal supervisionEnsure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standardsMaintain detailed repair documentation and communicate effectively with service advisors and customersAssist in training, mentoring, and guiding entry-level and certified techniciansConduct pre-delivery inspections and quality checks on new vehiclesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following all safety and compliance standardsContinuously pursue ongoing training and certification opportunitiesRequirementsQualificationsMinimum 10 years of professional automotive technician experienceMaster Certified Technician status required (ASE or manufacturer equivalent)Strong record of technical performance and diagnostic accuracyProven experience in a dealer-level or large facility environmentHigh school diploma or GED required; post-secondary automotive training preferredValid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving recordSkills & AttributesProfessional, dependable, and safety-consciousStrong leadership and mentorship abilitiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProficient with diagnostic tools, computers, and vehicle software systemsPhysically capable of performing essential job duties (bending, kneeling, standing, lifting as needed)Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering world-class serviceJ-18808-Ljbffr
