What does a Coordinator with Paul Davis do?
Track the progress of job from inspection, estimate approval, through job completion.
Obtain all required documentation required for a job from fellow colleagues and ensure they go to the right place.
Work with Paul Davis corporate to fast track reviews and approvals.
Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
Oversees office administrative operations
Oversee office compliance operations
New job intake by fielding calls and being a helpful resource
Problem solves and helps people find solutions
Improves the community by serving others
Learns new things about construction and building homes
