Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for an Early Childhood Director, located in Dracut, MA. The Early Childhood Director will oversee daily operations of the childcare center and ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care to children. Responsibilities include leading curriculum development, managing staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Regular tasks will involve collaborating with families, planning educational programs, and upholding the mission and values of Amazing Grace Kiddie Kare. Qualifications Expertise in Curriculum Development and Education practices for early childhood settings.Strong skills in Communication and the ability to effectively liaise with staff, families, and stakeholders.Proficiency in Educational Leadership and experience in guiding teams to achieve academic and developmental goals.Background in Elementary Education with an understanding of best practices in teaching and early childhood learning.Ability to manage and comply with state licensing standards and regulations in childcare or early childhood education.Possession of a degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in Educational Leadership are advantageous.Previous experience as a director or administrator in an early childhood or educational setting is strongly preferred.
