Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided ## Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Coach to lead the 9u baseball team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and mentoring athletes. This role involves planning practices, developing game strategies, and ensuring the overall success and development of the team. ## Responsibilities - Develop and implement practice plans - Provide guidance and instruction to athletes on techniques, strategies, and game tactics - Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential - Oversee team practices, games, and tournaments - Collaborate with assistant coaches to ensure effective team management - Monitor athlete progress and provide feedback for improvement ## Skills - Strong background in baseball with prior experience in working with youth athletes - Excellent communication and leadership skills The team has several parent assistant coachs who will support the head coach, and others to perform the administrative duties of the team. We are looking for someone who can take this solid team and work with the boys to help them reach their full potential as baseball players. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week Schedule: Evenings as needed Every weekend Ability to Commute: Gaithersburg, MD (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Gaithersburg, MD: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
