Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a detail-oriented Account Representative to provide dedicated support to employers, members, and beneficiaries regarding life insurance and survivor benefits. In this role, you'll be a trusted resource-researching, analyzing, and clearly explaining benefit information to a wide range of audiences. What You'll DoProvide dedicated support to employers, members, and beneficiaries regarding life insurance and survivor benefitsApply knowledge of survivor services statutes and regulations to research and analyze benefit eligibility Communicate complex information clearly through phone, written correspondence, and in-person interactionsEnsure accurate billing and premium payments Determine member status and group life insurance eligibility Verify the accuracy of financial and written information before distribution Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service What Helps You SucceedStrong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and listening skills Ability to analyze information and explain it clearly A collaborative, member-centric approach QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma plus 4 years of related experience Preferred qualification: Associate degree in business, finance, customer service or other related field. SalaryBegins at $43,659 if annualized.
