Job Specification: D365 Solution ArchitectLocation: Remote (with occasional travel to Copenhagen, Denmark)Contract Duration: 12 monthsWorking Hours: 40 hours per weekIndustry: European ManufacturingAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 (D365) Solution Architect to join our European manufacturing business on a 12-month contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design and implementation of D365 solutions, aligning business processes with cutting-edge technology. The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Copenhagen for key meetings, workshops, and project milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of D365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational processes.Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient D365 solutions.Define and enforce best practices for D365 implementations, including data migration, integration, and security standards.Develop solution roadmaps, technical designs, and architectural blueprints to meet project objectives.Provide technical leadership to the project team, including developers, analysts, and other architects.Work closely with third-party vendors, ensuring smooth integration of D365 with existing systems and platforms.Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users and technical teams to maximize the adoption of D365 solutions.Conduct regular system reviews and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and corporate policies.Act as a key advisor for future digital transformation initiatives within the business.Key Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience as a D365 Solution Architect, with expertise in one or more of the following modules: Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, or Customer Engagement.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their integration into D365 solutions.Demonstrated experience in large-scale D365 implementations within complex environments.Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).Knowledge of integration frameworks, including APIs, middleware, and Azure integration services.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.Experience with data migration, including working knowledge of ETL tools and methodologies.Familiarity with European data and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).Preferred QualificationsRelevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Azure.Experience working within the manufacturing sector.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.Contract DetailsStart Date: ASAPDuration: 12 monthsHours: 40 hours per weekTravel: Occasional travel to Copenhagen as required
