Job Title: Senior Analyst – Commercial Customer Operations (Analytics & Reporting) Location: Hybrid Tampa FL 50% onsite Duration: 06+ Months Contract Pay Rate: $54.97/HR Shift schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Position SummaryThe Senior Analyst, Commercial Customer Operations, will support Pricing & Customer Operations (P&CO) by managing customer master data, contracts, pricing eligibility, and chargeback operations. This role is responsible for day-to-day operational support, analytics and reporting, and participation in system and process enhancements across SAP, Model N, and related platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily chargeback operations, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and timely payment issuanceAnalyze and interpret large datasets using Excel and other tools to identify trends, data discrepancies, and root causesReview and validate contract eligibility, including GPO membership, Class of Trade (CoT), DEA/HIN, and NPI verificationResearch third-party databases to determine and assign appropriate customer Class of Trade in compliance with business policiesReconcile FSS and HRSA 340B program eligibility to ensure compliance with government pricing regulations and internal policiesCreate, update, and maintain customer master records in enterprise systemsDevelop and maintain business process documentationBuild strong working relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, Government Pricing, Contract Operations, Order-to-Cash, Sales Ops, and Customer ServiceParticipate in the design, enhancement, testing, and implementation of system updates related to pricing, chargebacks, and customer data in SAP and Model NCollaborate daily with internal teams to resolve pricing, customer, chargeback, and system-related issuesApply technology and process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:Business AnalysisFinancial AnalysisAuditChargeback AdministrationContract AdministrationMaster Data AdministrationStrong proficiency in Client Office, especially ExcelDemonstrated ability to identify, implement, and sustain process and control improvementsProven leadership mindset with the ability to work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization Preferred QualificationsExperience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industryKnowledge of Pricing & Reimbursement, government pricing regulations, and transactional processingHands-on experience with SAP and Model N (or similar systems)Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
