Machine Operators

The Dingley Press, is currently recruiting for Experienced Machine Operators. Position Overview: The machine operator is responsible for; safety of the crew, producing top quality catalogs, monitoring and maintaining low machine waste, striving to meet or exceed production goals, machine maintenance, and consistent, strong communication with the Supervisor, Technician and crew. Qualified candidates must be dependable, flexible for any shift, conscientious, comfortable in a fast paced manufacturing environment, strong math and organizational skills, and mechanical ability. Applicants should also be prepared to work overtime, including weekends. These positions offers competitive wages and benefits package. Qualified candidates will start their career as an Assistant Operator and should they successfully pass the training, they will be be classified as a Machine Operator. Please note that evening Machine Operators will earn an additional $2 an hour..... Qualifications/Requirements Strong math and organizational skills.
