**Job Description: Retail Sales Associate** **Position Summary:** As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience of our customers. This involves a variety of sales activities within the retail environment, from facilitating purchases to delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will be diverse, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales. **Key Responsibilities:** - Warmly greet customers upon their entry to the store, setting the tone for their shopping experience. - Establish rapport with customers through engaging conversations and provide honest recommendations to assist their purchasing decisions. - Process transactions efficiently, handling cash and card payments for purchases. - Participate in visual merchandising, including changing mannequin outfits and setting up appealing merchandise displays on the sales floor. - Assist in managing inventory by maintaining the back stock room and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked. - Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment at all times. **Position Details:** - Availability for both seasonal and year-round employment. - Job Types: Full-time, Part-time - Salary: $12.50 - $14 per hour, dependent on experience - Schedule: 4 to 8-hour shifts - Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Work Location: Multiple locations - Applicants preferably 18 years or older. **Ideal Candidate:** - Must possess an outgoing personality, capable of welcoming and engaging with customers from the moment they step through the door. - Demonstrates the ability to build rapport with customers, offering personalized and honest recommendations. - Has a keen eye for fashion and visual merchandising, with a willingness to participate in the creative aspects of sales display and presentation. - Exhibits strong teamwork skills, working collaboratively to achieve store objectives and maintain an orderly environment. - Prior retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as we value a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
