I've spent my entire career in the insurance industry, including time as a claims adjuster, which has given me deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of how to best serve our customers. I'm a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, and outside of the office, I enjoy spending time on the water as a catamaran captain. I'm married with children, and family plays an important role in both my personal life and how I run the agency. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications:Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
