More on our website: trymira.comRole InformationWe're hiring a Head of Hardware Operations to own Mira's supply chain, manufacturing, and fulfillment pipeline. You'll take our wearable devices from prototype to reliable production, working directly with suppliers, engineers, and partners to ensure high-quality hardware at scale.This is a key role for someone who thrives in fast iteration, loves solving manufacturing constraints, and enjoys owning complex operational systems end-to-end.ResponsibilitiesManage supplier relationships, including negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing performance trackingExecute logistics and import operations, coordinating freight, customs, and delivery timelinesSupport internal operations across cross-functional teams to keep hardware programs on trackQualificationsHave experience in hardware supply chain, operations, or program managementFluency in Chinese is requiredHave worked with factories or manufacturing partners in ChinaAre deeply organized and execution-orientedCan turn ambiguity into a clear planThrive in small, fast-moving environmentsYou might be a great fit if youYou've been a founder, CTO, or hardware lead at a hardware startupYou've taken a consumer electronics product from prototype to productionYou've worked in wearables, AR/VR, or high-tech consumer electronicsYou'd directly impact shaping the direction and future of the product, and work with a team that's locked into building something truly revolutionary.
