Provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to assigned associates to ensure operational effectiveness.Job Grade4Job Tier2Career AreaHuman ResourcesSupervisorYesJob QualificationsFour years of experience in EEO, Reasonable Accommodations, or Human Resources within one or more HR functional areas.ORBachelor's degree plus two years of experience in EEO, Reasonable Accommodations, or Human Resources within one or more HR functional areas.Additional Qualifications/RequirementsPCS not authorized/LSP not authorizedLocation: HQ Dallas, Texas (on-site)Salary Minimum$62,693.00Major DutiesServes as the Exchange primary point of contact and program lead for the administration of the Reasonable Accommodation (RA) process, ensuring compliance with the Rehabilitation Act, EEOC guidance, DoW directives, and applicable Federal guidance.Advises and guides employees, supervisors, and leadership on the Reasonable Accommodation process, including roles, responsibilities, requirements, and timelines. Coordinates with EEO, Legal, Labor Relations, and Human Resources to ensure consistent, compliant guidance and maintains timely, clear, and professional communication throughout the process.Leads periodic and situational reevaluation of approved reasonable accommodations to ensure continued effectiveness and compliance in response to changes in employee medical status, job requirements, operational needs, or evolving federal guidance.Monitors reasonable accommodation trends, legal developments, and policy changes; assesses operational and organizational impact; and provides data-driven insights, reporting, and recommendations to support audits, leadership briefings, and continuous program improvement.Develops, reviews, and updates Reasonable Accommodation (RA) policies, guidance, templates, training, and workforce communications ensuring alignment with applicable laws, regulatory guidance, and Exchange practices.Performs other duties as assigned.Job TypeManagementNumber of Positions Remaining125-May-2026
