E-Bike Shop Associate (Full-Time)

About Us: Electric Evolution Ebikes isn’t your average bike shop—we’re all about speed, innovation, and getting more people riding electric. Whether it’s helping someone find their first e-bike or keeping a daily rider dialed in, we take pride in making the experience smooth, fun, and a little bit addictive. The Role: We’re looking for someone who can keep up. This is a hands-on, fast-moving shop role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first voice customers hear, the person who keeps the shop organized, and a key part of making sure everything runs like a well-tuned machine. You don’t need to be an e-bike expert—we can teach you the technical side. What we can’t teach is being organized, dependable, and genuinely good with people. What You’ll Do: Answer phones and help customers with questions Welcome customers and guide them through the shop Check in bikes for service and keep repair flow organized Build and assemble new e-bikes Keep the showroom clean, sharp, and dialed Process sales and support customers through purchases Order parts and help manage inventory Coordinate warranty issues and service follow-ups Jump in wherever needed to keep the shop running smoothly What We’re Looking For: Organized and on top of things (you don’t let stuff fall through the cracks) A true people person—friendly, approachable, and confident Strong communication skills (in person and on the phone) Able to juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed Reliable and ready to work Mechanical aptitude is a bonus, but not required Pay: $12–$15/hour to start, with higher pay possible depending on experience and skills Why Work With Us: You’ll learn a rapidly growing industry Hands-on training—we’ll teach you what you need to know A shop environment that’s energetic, not boring Opportunity to grow as we grow Schedule: Full-time position Shop hours are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday (weekend availability required) How to Apply: Send us your resume and a quick note about why you’d be a good fit.
