Oregon Licensed Mental Health Specialist
A company is looking for a Mental Health Group Specialist to deliver psychoeducation and facilitate group therapy sessions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using evidence-based curriculum
Review assigned curriculum and facilitate sessions across various age groups and cohorts
Foster client engagement and participation, maintaining a collaborative treatment environmentRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in a mental health or related field (e.g., MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in Oregon
Proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) and experience in intensive treatment settings
Ability to facilitate engaging virtual sessions with a reliable high-speed internet connection
Strong belief in group-based treatment and maintenance of professional boundaries
