Part-Time Wellness Sales Specialist

I’m currently supporting a growing health and wellness client in the DMV area that is hiring a Part-Wellness Sales Specialist for a fast-paced wellness clinic environment.The Company delivers hydration, electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids directly into yourbloodstream for 100% absorption and 100% bioavailability. About the RoleWe are looking for a relationship-driven sales professional who understands thebenefits of IV therapy and wellness services and can confidently guide clients toward the righttreatments, packages, and memberships.This is not high-pressure retail sales. We’re looking for someone who can educate clients, buildtrust, and help people understand how our services can support their health goals.The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing wellness treatments including IV therapy,vitamins, recovery, energy support, immunity, detox, performance, and longevity-focusedservices.What You’ll Do•Consult with prospective and existing clients about services, packages, andmemberships•Recommend wellness plans based on client goals and practitioner guidance•Help convert consultations into memberships and package sales•Educate clients on IV therapy benefits, add-ons, and treatment options•Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing clients to improve retention and rebooking•Support community outreach, events, and local partnerships when needed•Track sales activity and help the team hit clinic revenue goals•Work closely with front desk and practitioners to ensure a smooth client experienceWhat We’re Looking For•Strong communication and relationship-building skills•Comfortable discussing health, wellness, and IV therapy services•Confident recommending high-end packages and memberships in a natural, educationalway•Organized, proactive, and self-motivated•Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment•Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitudePreferred Experience•Experience in wellness, med spa, IV therapy, fitness, aesthetics, or healthcare sales•Familiarity with supplements, recovery therapies, or preventative wellness services•Experience with memberships, package sales, or consultative sales environmentsCompensation$27/hour base payCommission opportunities tied to package sales, memberships, and overall clinic growth
