Technical Business Analyst GenAI & Scientific Systems (CPG BA)Location: Atlanta, GADuration: 3 Months Contract-to-HireEmployment Type: 1099 ContractRate: $65/hourNote: Background Check and Meet & Greet are Mandatory.Job SummaryCapgemini is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with experience in Generative AI and scientific systems to support the design, development, and validation of an agentic AI solution for R&D teams within a food and beverage organization.This role will work closely with AI engineers, scientists, researchers, and business stakeholders to ensure the solution is scientifically accurate, contextually grounded, and capable of delivering reliable, high-quality outputs. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience working in scientific or R&D environments, and the ability to translate complex scientific domains into structured models and evaluation frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and validation of GenAI and agentic AI solutions for scientific R&D use cases Structure scientific domain knowledge into lightweight ontologies and semantic models to support agent reasoning Define and curate gold-standard datasets for AI system evaluation and performance testing Validate and tune AI-generated outputs to ensure scientific accuracy and usability Collaborate directly with scientists, researchers, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and refine solutions Analyze and interpret scientific data from multiple research and external sources Support QA, testing strategies, and evaluation processes for AI-based applications Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and scientific teams in a delivery-focused environment Required SkillsExperience working within scientific or R&D environments such as food & beverage, biochemistry, or related domains Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Data Analyst within complex systems Strong ability to organize and structure ambiguous domains into clear models, schemas, or ontologies Experience working with Generative AI technologies, including RAG systems, AI agents, or similar frameworks Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with scientific SMEs and researchers Preferred SkillsExperience with ontologies, semantic layers, or knowledge graphs Background in chemistry, biochemistry, food science, or related scientific fields Experience building or evaluating LLM-based applications or agent frameworks Familiarity with scientific datasets and platforms such as PubMed, Reactome, or related sources Experience defining testing and evaluation strategies for AI systems Additional InformationHands-on, delivery-oriented role Strong stakeholder interaction required Excellent analytical and documentation skills preferred Interested candidates may share their updated resume along with visa status, current location, and availability for interview.
