Duties Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across multiple channels, including social media management, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), internal HRIS systems such as UKG Kronos Workforce, conducting job fairs, and other talent searches within the community. Conduct thorough interviewing sessions, utilizing strong communication skills to assess candidate fit and facilitate smooth hiring processes. Manage talent sourcing strategies through cold calling, research, and leveraging platforms like UKG Kronos Workforce to identify top candidates for technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and internal hiring initiatives. Negotiate employment offers with candidates while maintaining compliance with employment and labor law regulations. Coordinate employee orientation sessions, onboarding activities, and training & development programs to ensure seamless integration into the company culture. Support employee evaluation processes and employee relations efforts to foster growth within the organization. Build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers through relationship management skills and effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with familiarity in HR sourcing, talent management, and employment law compliance. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively. Hands-on experience with HRIS systems like UKG Kronos Workforce and applicant tracking tools. Knowledge of social media management for recruiting purposes and familiarity with sales techniques such as cold calling for lead generation. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in employee evaluations and onboarding procedures. Familiarity with HR software solutions, including UKG Kronos Workforce for timekeeping is preferred. Demonstrated ability to research market trends and develop innovative recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
