Remote Insurance Defense Attorney (3-12+ Years’)

We are seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney for our Paramus office. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury litigation, and/ or other insurance defense matters.Key Responsibilities:Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearingsNegotiate settlements and manage client reportingIndependently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervisionHandle civil case through trialQualifications:Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey, with licenses in New York and New Jersey a bonus (additional state licensure is a plus)3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)Experience in personal injury litigation, and/ or other insurance defense matters.
