Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our properties safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position requires a dependable, hands-on individual with maintenance experience who can also take on supervisory and leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be comfortable coordinating maintenance activities, and possess basic computer and reporting skills. Responsibilities: Supervise or lead maintenance operations and assign tasks to maintenance staff. Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties. Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tile and carpet, and drywall issues. Train and guide maintenance staff as needed. Perform preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns and service calls. Complete work orders efficiently and document all repairs. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed. Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience in general maintenance repairs. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
