NEPI is also used in MATE ROV and FIRST Robotics programs to give students hands-on experience with real AI and automation.We are a small, fast-moving team based in Seattle on a mission to democratize edge AI.About the RoleWe are hiring our first Technical Marketing Intern for a paid summer internship in 2026. You will own our social media presence, produce video content, and be a public technical voice for NEPI across YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and our developer community.This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You will be on camera, running live demos, talking through our technology, and helping people understand what NEPI does. You will work directly with our engineering team and our founders, including the CEO. If you are someone who loves making videos, has a real interest in robotics or AI, and wants to build something from the ground up, this is the role.What You Will DoRun our YouTube channel from near-zero. Plan, film, and edit videos including tutorials, demos, and behind-the-scenes content.Run our TikTok and LinkedIn presence. Post regularly with a real voice and a sense of what works on each platform.Film and demo NEPI on camera. You will not be reading from a script. You will actually use the platform and explain it.Pair with our software engineering intern Suraj to document his weekly engineering work through video and social content.Document the FIRST Robotics WA summer pilot program through video, social posts, and a final case study.Help produce content for our Unmanned Systems Technology partner profileHelp moderate our Discord and Discourse developer community.Bring fresh ideas. We do not have a content playbook yet. You will help build one.Who You AreCurrently enrolled at a college or university, ideally in Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, Arts and Design, or a related fieldComfortable on camera and have made video content before, even informally (YouTube, TikTok, school projects, club channels, anything you can show us)Comfortable in a terminal. Can install Docker, follow technical setup instructions, and troubleshoot when things break. Has built or shipped something technical before, even a personal project (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, robotics team work, hackathon project, personal website you coded, anything hands-on).Real interest in robotics, edge AI, sensors, or open source. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should enjoy the world.Strong writer with a clear, direct voiceSelf-directed. You bring ideas instead of waiting for a list of tasks.Bonus: FIRST Robotics, MATE ROV, VEX, or FLL background.
