Flair Media Management is hiring a Content Coordinator to support creative execution across a range of client accounts spanning restaurant, hospitality, beauty, fashion, talent, sports, events, and lifestyle brands.This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative eye and a genuine understanding of social media culture. We’re looking for someone who naturally notices the details - someone who understands what makes content feel elevated, current, and engaging online.While this role is primarily remote, applicants must be based in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and available for occasional in-person shoots, content capture, and events.What You’ll Do:Client SupportEdit video and photo content for Instagram and TikTokCreate graphics and visual assets for social mediaWrite captions aligned with each brand’s tone of voicePublish social contentManage community engagement Assist with content planning, trend sourcing, and creative ideationSupport in-person content shoots and social coverage as neededAgency SupportHelp manage Flair’s internal social presenceSource weekly inspiration, trends, and creative referencesMaintain organization within Notion calendars and workflowsParticipate in weekly team calls and ongoing collaborationCommunicate regularly with the team regarding updates, edits, and deadlinesWhat We’re Looking For:Strong aesthetic instincts and creative tasteShooting, editing, design, and writing experienceHighly organized with strong attention to detailA proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environmentSomeone adaptable, collaborative, and resourcefulFamiliarity with Canva, CapCut, and Notion preferred but not requiredPassion for social media, digital culture, and content creationRequirements:Based in Phoenix or Scottsdale, ArizonaMust have access to a personal vehicleMust own an iPhone for content capture purposesThis is a flexible role with the opportunity to grow within a boutique creative agency environment and work on a wide variety of exciting brands and projects.To apply, please complete the application linked below.https://forms.gle/xdhZBVeyqxpagqYM8
