CDL-A Intermodal Local Truck Driver

Job Description Be home daily as a CDL-A Solo Intermodal driver for C.R. England, the premier long-haul refrigerated carrier in the country. Pickup and dropoff trucks at the Intermodal yard off South Hwy 99 in Stockton, CA. All drivers must have transportation to and from the yard daily.The pay structure is Ring Pay (see compensation section for ring rates and fleet pay averages.) A typical work shift will have multiple dispatches with a mix of live load and drop and hook freight. Expect to work 10-12 hours daily, with the average dispatch being a 50-mile radius from the rail ramp. Occasional customer or mechanical delays may require overnight stays.Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience requiredThis lane is not suitable for students or traineesLane Details:Home Daily (5 days a week by schedule, optional 6th day for extra pay)Midday/Evening shift available with scheduled start times between 12PM and 3PM.
