Please see below for full details:Scope: Manage Service Delivery for Quote/Proposal Management Application (Service Now) as a proxy Product Owner/Application Manager.Responsibilities:Review upcoming business change requests with multiple businesses.Document details of IT changes that will be occurring for the product.Coordinate and resolve gaps in information and prioritize the execution of changes along with the Business.Organize changes in sprints with the implementing teams.Proactive communication of timelines of changes and upcoming releases.Manage the timely delivery of work with multiple teams.Identify and escalate Risk/delays proactively.Make sure all agreed documentation and sign offs are captured as per internal IT process.Coordinate Release management, test management, and change management in Azure DevOps.Manage Upgrade (Test / validation) of the application to next version of Service Now.Provide daily operational support to the Product Owner.Desired Skills:Experience managing medium to large sized projects in Agile or Hybrid way.Working experience in a large multinational, geographically diverse environment.Experience with ServiceNow based application development.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.Problem solving and root cause identification skills.Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.Merge IT is an equal opportunity employer.
