Equity Compensation Analyst (Part-Time) - Boston, MA We are seeking candidates for an Equity Compensation Analyst position with an industry-leading telecommunications firm located in Boston, MA. This individual will support the accurate and timely administration of global equity programs, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). The Equity Compensation Analyst will be responsible for ensuring operational accuracy and data integrity across systems such as Oracle Fusion and E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO), while preparing and delivering reporting to key internal stakeholders, including Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HR Business Partners. The role will also support ongoing compliance with internal policies and global regulatory requirements.This is a 6-month contract opportunity offering $60–70/hour (depending on experience) and a 24-hour workweek. The role requires an on-site presence three days per week in the Boston office.Responsibilities:Maintain equity-related data and workflows in Oracle Fusion and E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO), ensuring data integrity, proper reconciliations, and system alignmentPrepare and deliver accurate, timely reporting to global payroll teams, including tax withholdings for equity transactions and reconciliation of pre- and post-tax deductions; support compliance and audit activitiesProcess RSU grant packages end-to-end, including setup in EEO, validation, and participant acceptance trackingAssist in the preparation and execution of semi-annual global ESPP purchase transactions, including auditing payroll contributions, preparing purchase data for E*TRADE, and generating reports for HR, Finance, and AccountingTrack and process accelerated vesting events related to terminations, retirement, death, or disabilityAdminister and reconcile data exchanges between the company and E*TRADE, including weekly account updates and terminationsManage the Equity team inbox, responding to employee and HR inquiries with accuracy and professionalismPrepare and distribute standard employee and HR communications related to equity programsMaintain and update insider lists provided by Corporate Legal, ensuring accuracy within equity systemsDocument processes and procedures to support consistency, compliance, and audit readinessIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiencySupport internal and external audits of equity plansPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred5+ years of experience administering global equity programs preferredExperience with Oracle Fusion and E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO) strongly preferredWorking knowledge of ERISA, IRS, Department of Labor, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations related to equity plan complianceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend solutionsExcellent organizational, planning, and project management skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyStrong attention to detail and follow-throughEffective written and verbal communication skillsVendor management experience preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordIf you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please email your resume to Lydia at .
