Regional Safety Manager

Job Details:Regional Safety ManagerMy client has an immediate need for a talented Regional Safety Guru, to lead and implement H&S programs for multiple plants located throughout the East coast.Key Qualifications:**5+ years of leadership experience managing safety teams across multiple sites.In-depth knowledge of OSHA and relevant safety standards.Proven ability to lead, influence and improve safety performance in a multi-site setting.Must have a strong background in industrial safety within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.Strong leadership skills for coaching and mentoring across all organizational levels.Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field, or equivalent industry experience Professional safety certifications are highly desirable.Expertise in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.Strong communication skillsUnderstanging of VPP and ability to support certification/recertification efforts.Ability to manage safety budgets, lead safety / accident investigations, suport outage planning and provide oversite of safety activites.The successful applicant will enjoy comprehensive benefits, a dynamic work environment, and the chance to make a significant impact in safety management.Please send a current copy of your resume with work history to nj@libertyjobs.com for consideration.
