We are seeking an Office Clerical/ Bookkeeper to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.Responsibilities:Draft correspondences and other formal documentsAnswer inbound telephone callsDevelop and implement organized filing systemsPerform bookkeeping dutiesPerform all other office tasksQualifications:Previous experience in office administration or other related fieldsMicrosoft Office and QuickBooks experience a mustAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail​Strong organizational skillsCompany DescriptionWe are a service business.
