Working in close collaboration with Physicians and the research team, this role provides leadership across program development, operational execution, regulatory compliance, and research account oversight in accordance with FDA and clinical research guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and execution of oncology clinical trials involving investigational therapiesCollaborate with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure protocol adherenceOversee program development, day-to-day operational conduct, and workflow optimizationEnsure compliance with FDA regulations, GCP, and all applicable research guidelinesManage and monitor research account accounting and study-related documentationCoordinate trial activities including subject management, data integrity, and reportingServe as a clinical and operational resource for research staff and stakeholdersLicensure & CertificationActive RN license (Compact or New Hampshire)Clinical Research Certificate (required)Education RequirementsGraduate of an accredited School of NursingRequired ExperiencePrior experience in clinical research, preferably in oncologyNice-to-Have ExperienceExperience in an ambulatory care setting strongly preferredRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulatory complianceExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work collaboratively in a research-driven clinical environmentWork Environment / Physical RequirementsOncology ambulatory clinical settingDirect collaboration with Physicians and research professionalsEmphasis on regulatory adherence, patient safety, and protocol accuracyAbout GTTGTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American-owned company in Alaska.
