Studio Sales & Piercing Concierge

Rowan's Lincoln Park studio is seeking a friendly Retail Store Associate to deliver a warm, customer-focused piercing and jewelry experience on weekends and on weekdays as needed. You will assist with appointments, guide product choices, answer questions on procedures and aftercare, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with the Studio Manager and Studio Nurse Piercers to ensure safety and high standards.
