Gentleman Mortuaries ensures each family's needs and values are met with care and respect. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in the Omaha Metropolitan Area for a Funeral Director. The Funeral Director will oversee all aspects of funeral planning, coordination, and execution, including assisting families with funeral arrangements, performing embalming services, managing logistical and administrative tasks, and ensuring services reflect and honor the wishes of the families. This role also requires providing compassionate guidance to families and maintaining professionalism during emotionally sensitive situations. Qualifications Expertise in Embalming and Funeral Home operations, with knowledge of compliance and legal standardsStrong Family Services and Customer Service skills to provide empathetic and professional support to clientsExcellent Communication skills to collaborate with families, colleagues, and external service providers effectivelyStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilitiesState licensure as a Funeral Director and Embalmer is requiredPrior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
