Home Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated RN for a Home Health role serving patients throughout Gulfport, MS. This is a great opportunity for an RN who thrives in a patient-focused, independent setting.Schedule & Details:Hours: 32 hours/week guaranteedShift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMMileage Reimbursement: Yes (between patient visits)Key Responsibilities:Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under physician orders.Perform routine clinical tasks including medication reconciliation, wound care, vital signs, and patient assessments.Accurately document care provided in the electronic medical record (EMR).Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and care plans.Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.Maintain compliance with state regulations, agency policies, and infection control standards.Qualifications:Active RN(required)Home Health experience (preferred)Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) (strongly preferred)What We’re Looking For:Strong clinical and assessment skillsAbility to work independently and manage a caseloadReliable, organized, and patient-focusedTeam player willing to support coverage needsEquity Staffing Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants in accordance with applicable employment laws.
